Welcome to the Bubbles Time mobile car wash app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

📊 Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use the app:

Full name — to identify you in bookings and communicate with you.
Phone number — for contact and to send booking confirmations.
Email address (optional) — for additional contact.
Car details — type, make, model, color — to provide the appropriate service.
Your location — to determine the service address (we explicitly request your permission before accessing your location).
Booking history — dates and details of requested services.

      🔒 We do not collect any financial information (card numbers, bank accounts). Payments are made in cash or through external apps.
    

⚙️ How We Use Your Data

We use your information only for the following purposes:

Completing your booking and sending service confirmation.
Contacting you about your appointment (via WhatsApp or phone).
Assigning service tasks to our field team.
Improving the quality of our services based on your ratings.
Sending offers and discounts (you can unsubscribe at any time).

🗄️ Data Storage and Protection

Your data is stored securely on encrypted Google Firebase servers, a trusted cloud platform that adheres to the highest global data security and protection standards.

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
Data is protected by strict access controls — no one can access your data except you and our management team.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and you may request its deletion at any time.

🤝 Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

We may share some information only in the following cases:

Field service team — your name and location to complete the service.
Legal authorities — only when legally or judicially required.

📈 Advertising Measurement Tools and Cookies

We use measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Snapchat, including the Meta Pixel and Snap Pixel, on our web pages, including our service landing page, booking page, and pre-booking page, to measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns.

Through cookies and similar identifiers, these tools may automatically collect: the pages you visit, the buttons you click (such as booking on the website, opening the App Store, or contacting us on WhatsApp), the ad-click identifier, your IP address, and your browser and device type.

When a booking is completed, we send an event confirming completion, with the service name and its value only. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or address to these tools.

This data is processed by Meta and Snap under their own privacy policies, and we do not sell it. A similar event is also sent when pre-booking registration is completed on the pre-booking page, without any personal data.

You can manage this through the ad settings in your Meta and Snapchat accounts, by clearing cookies or blocking tracking in your browser settings, or by contacting us using the details below.

📍 App Permissions

The app requests the following permissions on your device:

Location — to automatically determine the service address. Your permission is explicitly requested, and you may decline it and enter the location manually.
Camera / Gallery — not currently required.

You can manage the app's permissions at any time from your device settings.

👤 Your Rights as a User

You have the right to:

Access the data we have stored about you.
Edit your personal information from within the app.
Delete your account and all your data from within the app or by contacting us.
Unsubscribe from notifications and offers at any time.

🗑️ Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Bubbles Time account and all data linked to it at any time, permanently, through either of the following methods:

From within the app: open Profile → tap "Delete my account and data" → confirm the deletion.
Or by contacting us: email us at ammar.shamieh@gmail.com and we will delete your account within a maximum of 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased:

Your name and phone number.
Saved addresses and car details.
Packages and loyalty points.
The booking history linked to your account.

      Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain a minimum set of records where
      required by a legal obligation.
    

👶 Age Requirement

This app is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under this age.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or your phone number. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new policy.
